Standard items start from 100 units with mixed batches and dropshipping; custom orders are quoted based on process and quantity.
Are your products certified?
Batteries carry 3C, UN38.3 and more; chargers carry CE / FCC / RoHS. Certificate scans can be provided on request.
How long is the lead time?
In-stock items ship within 24 hours; custom orders typically take 7–15 days depending on quantity and process.
Which shipping methods do you support?
Air, sea and overseas-warehouse dropshipping, covering 30 countries across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
What is your warranty and after-sales policy?
Batteries come with a 1-year warranty and can be replaced if damaged non-manually; other categories follow the agreed terms.
